Order Processing and Shipping Information: - Greetings! If you place your order on a weekday before 12 PM CST, we'll whisk it away the very next business day After Processing. Please note that this doesn't include holidays or Sale periods. During sales, expect a slightly longer wait of 7-10 business days for order processing to make sure that you receive the best of the best. Once you've hit that order button, no more changes, edits, or cancellations. -All Wigs are Custom Made and Final Sale -Orders purchased during any sale period cannot be cancelled or refunded. Exchanges are welcome within 3-5 business of delivery. - On occasion, we might need some extra info to double-check your order's billing or shipping details. In such cases, it might take a tad longer. - We always aim for a 100% satisfaction with your experience, but, unfortunately, delays due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier hiccups can happen. So, it's a good idea to allow 2-3 weeks before your hair appointments, travels, or special events, just to be on the safe side. Questions or Concerns: - If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to drop us a line at customercare@whatsyourcurl.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We're here to assist. Shipping Details: - Delivery times are best described as estimates, not guarantees. Remember, these times do not include our processing times. - If any issues arise due to weather, holidays, or courier-related matters, please note that we have limited control once the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We highly recommend considering Route Package Protection to safeguard your package. - It's essential to know that most packages require a signature for delivery. If you're not available to sign, you'll need to get in touch with the shipping company directly to rearrange delivery or organize a pickup. - In cases where your package can't be delivered due to the signature requirement, USPS will hold it for up to 15 days, and FedEx for up to 5 days. We're unable to provide refunds for abandoned or refused packages. Return to Sender: - If your package decides to make a round trip back to us for any reason, you'll be responsible for the new shipping charges, unless it's our fault. You'll receive store credit minus the shipping and discounts applied to the email address used to place the order. Address Issues: - Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy. We're not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect entries. Once your package has been shipped, we are unable to update the address. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer. Route Package Protection: - This valuable protection covers the value of your package if it goes missing in transit for up to 30 days from the date of shipment (conditions apply). If your package is stolen or damaged, it's covered for up to 15 days from the date it was marked as delivered. You can file a claim here: [link] Package Status Concerns: - If you have any concerns about the status of your package, please don't hesitate to send an email to customercare@whatsyourcurl.com within 10 days of the shipping date. Shipping Rates: - For shipping within the United States, we offer shipping options through USPS and FedEx, each with varying delivery times and rates. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are covered as well. - If you're in a hurry, we have FedEx Standard Overnight and 2Day options available for you. - International shipments are facilitated through FedEx International Economy. Do note that some exclusions may apply. If you are experiencing any delays with your shipment or need to reschedule your delivery, please contact USPS or FedEx directly for further assistance. COURIER COURIER CONTACT USPS 1-800-275-8777 FedEx 1-800-463-3339 USPS U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS USPS orders have an estimated delivery time of 1-7 business days after the order has been processed. USPS PRIORITY MAIL APO/FPO/DPO ORDERS: We ship to our military service members and diplomatic personnel overseas at a varying rate based on the shipping destination, however, there are very specific guidelines to follow when filling out the address field: Type out the service member’s full name in the address. Include the unit and APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office™, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) address with the 9-digit ZIP Code™ (if one is assigned) Example: CPT JANE DOE UNIT 2044 BOX 4180 APO AP 93878-2061 FedEx Overnight/2 Business Day FedEx Overnight or 2Day offers next day or two business day delivery by 8PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday/Sunday or holiday delivery is not applicable to this service. FedEx orders can not be delivered to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses. International Orders All order placed outside of the United States are shipping using FedEx International Economy orders and require a signature to be released to the recipient. The customer is responsible for all duties/taxes upon delivery. Duties/taxes are not included in your order total. FedEx International Economy offers an approximate 3-10 business day delivery to most international addresses where the service is available. Please note that Saturday/Sunday or holiday delivery is not available with this shipping option. FedEx International Economy will not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the price of goods you purchase from our website and are not included in the cost associated with shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your package will be subject to holding and potentially being returned to the sender if fees are not paid for its release. Please consult with your local customs agency for more information prior to ordering. Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery due to unplanned delays such as inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, slow-to-ship country rates, or courier delays. Also note, that it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that their shipping address is entered correctly.
