Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Order Fulfillment Time:

Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) before 11 AM CST will be dispatched on the same day, with the exception of holidays and promotional periods.

During promotional periods, the order fulfillment and shipping process may extend to a duration of 5-7 business days.

Kindly note that once you've initiated your order, we are regrettably unable to accommodate any modifications, address revisions, or cancellations.

Shipping Information:

The estimated delivery times provided serve as approximations and do not encompass the order fulfillment time.

What's Your Curl disclaims accountability for any delays stemming from unpredictable weather conditions, holidays, natural disasters, or courier-related challenges.

To ensure an undisturbed experience, we strongly recommend allowing for a window of 2-3 weeks before important events, hair appointments, or travel plans, taking into account potential contingencies or return inquiries.

Each package necessitates a signature for acceptance upon delivery. Should you be unavailable to sign for your package, we kindly urge you to liaise directly with the shipping company for a rescheduled delivery or a well-coordinated pickup.

What's Your Curl renounces any liability for packages that go astray due to inaccuracies within the shipping address provided at checkout. It is incumbent upon the customer to ensure the accuracy of all shipping information submitted during checkout. Supplementary shipping charges resulting from an erroneous address will be the customer's responsibility.

Route Package Protection:

We extend a recommendation to consider Route Package Protection, as it provides comprehensive coverage for conceivable shipping errors, losses, or damages. This protection insures the full value of the package within specific stipulated time frames, subject to particular terms and conditions. In the event that you opt out of Route Package Protection during the checkout process and a shipping error unfolds, resolution of the matter will necessitate direct contact with the selected carrier.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
